The Best Bottomless Brunch Spots in NYC
Hi everyone, how are we doing?? I am so excited for you to plan a fun bottomless brunch with your friends because trust me, it’s an experience. Getting drunk at 12pm on a Sunday feels illegal, let me tell you. Thanks to the brunch gods, we are just livin la vida loca. Anywho, there is something about bottomless brunch that ends up taking your entire day. Like how did I get home at 5pm from a 90-minute bottomless brunch in the city, haha. We will never know the answer. Nonetheless, brunch is a time and a half, especially with some quality people. Just know that when in doubt, bottomless brunch is A L W A Y S the answer.
Why Bottomless Brunch Is Always The Answer
- If you’re meeting people for the first time, BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH! Because nothing is awkward after a few mimosas.
- If you can’t decide between lunch or breakfast, BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH because we love having options.
- If you’re looking for an excuse to get drunk at 12 pm on a Sunday, BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH is the way to go.
- If you’re looking to save money on drinks, BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH, must I repeat myself?
Now hear me out, there are so many places to go for bottomless brunch and I would honestly (always be honest) curious if there was someone that has gone to everyone because that my friend is quite impressive. Anywho, ready to get into my list of the top bottomless brunch spots… let’s do this!!
The Best Brunch Spots in NYC
230 Fifth Rooftop
Welcome to 230th 5th – the rooftop I have been DYING TO GO TO for like 2+ years!
- I rate the service 12/10: The waitress was SOOO kind and it really added to the whole experience. To that point, the whole staff was really punctual too! Bottomless brunches are usually 90 minutes and they were on top of bringing out more champagne bottles when we finished. (The three of us finished 3 bottles)
- I wouldn’t say the food was amazing. Here’s the background story since I always have something to say. OK so I love breakfast food but I didn’t love their breakfast food so I was a little upset about that. I settled for a burger but it was like 11:30 so not in a burger mood,(I just couldn’t decide lol) my friend did get the french toast which was BOMB but I am more of the steak and eggs gal for bottomless brunch so I wish they had that!!
- The ambiance was very nice, inviting and very low key for a hustling bustling NYC! I feel so jaded that I am from New York City and can see the Empire State building really whenever I want, but the view was covered by this large fence. you can still see it (they want ppl to be safe which makes total sense) but i wanted MORE lol (maybe there was another view spot we could go to that i missed?)-check it out and let a girl know because you best believe that I am going again so if you guys don’t let me know I’ll update this the next time I visit!
- The drinks were immaculate -so good! 20/10 I love orange juice so I was really living my best life but the champagne hit that same day.
- She’s a little pricey, but all good things come at a cost and for $58 per person which is actually pretty standard for brunch places in New York City unfortunately!, it’s for sure worth it!! Considering this is an experience that you don’t do every weekend (and if you do, you are crazy!!!) But anywho, it’s the experience and you dont have to brunch all the time so you wont have to worry about spending that every time you go out!
- Overall, the vibes were priceless. Brunching with friends is always a good time

Poco
Hey hey hey, poco is another solid option for brunch in NYC. I went here for my birthday and here is my overall take on it
- I think the service was great for it being such a busy place! I mean they really filled every spot that they could. Seriously, when we walked in the place was packed with people. They filled up the mimosas pretty often and even let my 12 year old sister in and just gave her orange juice. I mean what twelve year old can say they went to bottomless brunch with their sisters, hahaha!
- Food was amazing. If you read the 230 Fifth Rooftop review, you would know that I love my steak and eggs and guess what, they had it. I’m telling you it was so scrumptious!! Everyone else got the french toast and they do not recommend it since its covered in the milk/creamer. It was very off putting to them so I would get something else if you catch my drift!
- The ambiance was just okay and I think we lucked out. I had mentioned the service was excellent despite it being really crowded and that’s where the ambiance comes in. The first/main floor was SO CROWDED. It was almost impossible to hear anything andI don’t know how you can even hold a conversation. I think because it had rained that morning, they must have needed to move some more people inside. On a sunnier day they have plenty of outdoor tables. Since our party was a little bigger, they say us downstairs where it wasn’t loud, but we couldn’t see too well since the lights were dimmed. We can’t have it all I guess haha
- The drinks were great! Can’t go wrong with a classic mimosa, am I right?
- Overall, I recommend this place but would probably go on a sunnier day, get the steak and eggs, and sit outside!
Kettle Black
If you’re in Brooklyn, specifically South Brooklyn, specifically Bay Ridge- then THIS is the place for you!! It’s typically known for their wing nights (because they’re just THAT good). For bottomless brunch, this is a lowkey spot because tourists won’t travel all the way to Bay Ridge for food so you don’t have to worry about long lines and all of that nonsense. I typically just get steak and eggs or poached eggs and it did not disappoint!
Half Pint
So this is exactly the place that you say, why am I drunk at 2pm on a Sunday. The mimosas here were so so so strong and in the best way. I have gone here twice already and would definitely go for another one! The place is very close to Washington Square Park so right after head over there and have the time of your life!
Jacks Wife Frieda
So I have actually gone here for dinner, so I can only speak about the vibe, service, and overall experience and this place SLAPS!! The service was spot on and the food I had was delicious. Although I didn’t get brunch here, I would recommend going because if they could get the dinner down to a “t”, then the brunch is THAT much better.

First and foremost, Astoria is THE PLACE TO BE FOR BRUNCH & just restaurants in general. Did you know that Queens is the most culturally diverse city in NYC. You walk one block and there are about 10 restaurants all from different countries and if you aren’t sold on that- then I am not sure what will!
TRU Astoria
This place was so fun and festive and the service was ON POINT! If you know, you know that bottomless brunch is a timed thing and it truly sucks when you finish your drink and the waitress/waiter is not there to give you a refill. I would probably say they were overly attentive as there were a lot of workers which is a really good look for a busy brunch place! 10/10 recommend this place!!
Trestle
This was a place that I went to after drinking for three hours straight starting at 9am, so you can imagine the horrible photos that I took because I forgot to take beforehand and ultimately what the experience was like. What I do remember was that the steak and eggs were B O M B. I mean if a place can’t do the steak and eggs right, then I don’t want it. PERIOD.
Bad Habits
If you guys know, you know that I ADORE this place. If you want the full review on it- check out my other blog post: The Best Bars for a Perfect Nightlife Experience in NYC and get the WHOLE scoop/ To make a long story short, this place is THE BOMB at night so could you imagine their bottomless brunch- I cannot even!! Flipper’s
Okay so this last spot is not technically a bottomless brunch spot, but it still was SOOO much fun! Welcome to Flipper’s- best known for its brunch, souffle pancakes, and cute ass aesthetic!! I mean what is not to like. Once I got here, I was like, umm they have prosciutto pancakes, I NEEDED TO TRY it. But if you know me, you know that I get either eggs benedict or steak and eggs, and well, I asked if I could get the eggs with prosciutto, and let’s just say THEY MADE IT HAPPEN and I felt like I was in heaven! Everything about this place was so fun. Everyone got something a lil different and it all looked so tasty. If you are a pancake lover, then this is for sure the place for you!!
